Our bespoke wellbeing programmes address the mental health needs of headteachers, principals, senior leadership teams, teachers and teaching assistants. Our professional development programmes are built from our Building Blocks for Academic Success model which uses psychology to improve pedagogy, leadership, assessments, psychoeducation, communication and an inclusive culture. We work with leadership to implement change to improve standards across the board, support staff morale, and the education of the children we serve.
